NDSL Mini World Cup 2008
Rules
1. Teams must register at least half an hour before first kick off time
2. Only maximum of 12 players allowed per squad
3. Players can play for one team only in the Tournament
4. 3 Points for a win and 1 point each for a draw
5. Substitutions can only be made when play is stopped
6. Players sent off will stand suspended for the next game
7. Objections must be lodged in writing with the Tournament Director no later than 10 mins after the game
8. Each team must have a medical kit
9. Clash of colours,1st named team to choose (all teams to bring two sets of gear)
10. Games will be 10 Minutes each way, Semi Finals and Final will be 12 mins each way
11. Games must start at listed times. Teams arriving late for the start of a game may forfeit the points.
12. If teams finish level on points, the section will be decided on goal difference. If still level goals scored will count if still level the result of the match between both teams will count if still level a penalty shoot out will decide the outcome. Semi Finals and final will have 5 mins extra time if teams finish level. If still level penalties will decide the outcome.
13. 2 Managers and 5 substitutes only allowed on pitch during games
14. All free kicks are direct
15. Opposition must be five yards away at free kicks
16. In the interest of all participants, all players and adults must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner on and off the pitch. Failure to do so will result in their team being expelled from the Tournament
17. The Tournament Committee have the power to deal with any offending player or official as they deem appropriate and to deal with any matter not provided for in these rules.
