All NDSL games called off this weekend

We regret to inform you that we have to postpone all games this weekend due to unprecedented amount of requests for cancellations ie. teams not ready, photo ID, confirmations, communions and covid.

Let us emphasis again that all games are postponed for this weekend. We will officially commence the season on Saturday and Sunday 28/29th of August. There will be zero tolerance as of that weekend. There will be no postponements and no amnesty for photo IDs, and if you are unable to fulfil a fixture the points will be awarded to the opposition and a fine will occur.

Let us explain the photo IDs. We have communicated with all clubs for the past six weeks. I have emphasised that you need to organise your photo ID's before the start of the season. You have now until Wednesday 25th of August to urge your players to order online or if you are uncertain on the process contact Grace directly. Website details and Grace contact information is below. The weekly deadline outlined by Grace is also in the information below.

Cards will not be issued for applications received after the deadline as to prioritise those who apply early. Please note for the first few weeks of the season cards will not be posted to mitigate disruption to games caused by slight delays with An post at present.

Weekly Deadline: Each Wednesday at 12 noon.

Should you have any difficulties in relation to ID cards, please advise league to assist in any issues. However there is no point looking for an ID card on a Thursday or Friday as it will not be possible to issue cards. We would suggest you treat this matter urgently.

Finally, the office will be closed Friday at 1pmhowever Danny Lamb has agreed to facilitate ID card collections this Friday and next to assist clubs with an efficient handover of IDs.
